Terms of service

• AT Astro sells personalised kundli (Vedic astrology) reports delivered as PDF files by email.
• Prices are shown on the home page in Indian rupees, include 18% GST, and are paid in advance by UPI.
• A GST invoice is available on request by email. If you need your own GSTIN on it, include it with your order.
• You are responsible for giving correct birth details. Reports are calculated from the details you submit.
• The report is for your personal use. You may not resell or republish it.
• We aim to deliver within 24 hours of receiving both your payment and your completed order form.
• We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown above.

Privacy policy

• We collect your name, gender, date, time and place of birth, email address, phone number and payment transaction ID, only to prepare and deliver your report and to answer your questions.
• Payments are made by UPI through your own UPI app; we never see your bank details. Order details are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets and on our own computer. We do not sell or share your details with anyone, and we do not use them for advertising.
• You can ask us to delete your details at any time by email; we will do so within 7 days.
• The website itself does not use tracking cookies.

Refund and cancellation policy

• If we cannot deliver your report within 48 hours of your payment and completed form, you can ask for a full refund, paid back to the same UPI account within 5–7 working days.
• If a birth detail you gave was wrong, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will make a corrected report free.
• If a payment was made by mistake or twice, we refund the extra amount in full.
• Because each report is a personalised digital product made for you, we do not offer refunds after it has been delivered, except in the cases above.
• You can cancel an order before the report is delivered and receive a full refund.

They do not guarantee any outcome and are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please make important decisions with your own judgement and, where needed, a qualified professional.
